“Last September I bought my first home. Beth Baker-Owens was my realtor. She was great! As this was my first experience, she was just what I needed. Direct and honest she answered all my questions and patiently walked me through the process. She was willing to work with my crazy schedule, even meeting me at McDonalds one night after work. She asked me what I was looking for in a house and showed me the options that were available in my price range. I appreciated the fact that she asked me what I thought and let me figure out my own opinion before giving me her thoughts. Beth was able to give me an idea on what needed fixed and how much it might cost. Since I’m on a tight budget it was helpful to me to have all the facts. When I found a couple places to look at my dad came with. Even he was impressed with her knowledge of the housing market and what work it would take to fix up a house or if it was even worth it.
